REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

to Provide Housing and Home Improvement Supplies

 

The public will take notice that the Lumber River Council of Governments (hereinafter “LRCOG”) of Pembroke, North Carolina will accept proposals for Housing and Home Improvement Supplies for its facility for Fiscal Years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028, until April 30, 2026, at 3:00p.m.  Sealed proposals should be addressed to Lumber River Council of Governments, RFP: Housing and Home Improvement Supplies, 30 CJ Walker Road, Pembroke, NC 28372 and may be hand delivered by the date and time due or sent by mail to the above-referenced address.

Proposals received after the above cited time will be considered a late bid and are not acceptable. 

Interested parties may obtain a complete description of the Housing and Home Improvement Supplies from the LRCOG anytime between Monday thru Thursday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m., except holidays. Any contract(s) resulting from proposals received shall be awarded to the person(s) or entities that submit the best overall proposal(s) as determined by the LRCOG. The following factors will be considered in awarding the contracts:

1.        Value (quality vs. number of components);

2.       Overall impression of the proposal;

3.       Durability and Warranty;

4.       Price

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the LRCOG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
