Re-Advertisement - Invitation for Bid (IFB) Home and Community Care Block Grant For Older Adults Fiscal Years 2027 and 2028 Food Services

Proposals for the provision of Region N Nutrition Services (Congregate and Home Delivered meals) for older adults in Bladen, Hoke, Richmond, Robeson and Scotland counties for Fiscal Years 2027 and 2028 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028) are being solicited by the Lumber River Council of Governments Area Agency on Aging. These services are funded through the Home and Community Care Block Grant for Older Adults.

The packet may be accessed via www.lumberrivercog.org. Questions should be directed to Twilla Allen (910) 775-9781 or tca@lrcog.org. Proposal submission deadline will be Monday, April 6, 2026, at 2:00 pm.

Final approval decisions will be made by the Lumber River Council of Governments Board of Directors, which reserves the right to consider the most advantageous offers and reject any and all offers. Written notification of qualification selection will be provided to each entity submitting an IFB.
