Invitation for Bid (IFB)Home and Community Care Block Grant For Older Adults Fiscal Years 2027 & 2028 Food Services

Proposals for the provision of Region N Nutrition Services (Congregate and Home Delivered meals) for older adults in Bladen, Hoke, Richmond, Robeson and Scotland counties for Fiscal Years 2027 and 2028 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2028) are being solicited by the Lumber River Council of Governments Area Agency on Aging. These services are funded through the Home and Community Care Block Grant for Older Adults.
