REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Microsoft Office Licenses - Re-Advertisement Date: March 12, 2026

The public will take notice that the Lumber River Council of Governments (hereinafter “LRCOG”) of Pembroke, North Carolina is re-advertising for proposals for Microsoft Office Licenses, until March 24, 2026 at 10:30 a.m.  Proposals should be addressed to Lumber River Council of Governments, RFP: Microsoft Licenses, 30 CJ Walker Road, Pembroke, NC 28372 and may be hand delivered by the date and time due or sent by mail to the above-referenced address or emailed to yci@lrcog.org and cu@lrcog.org.

Proposals received after the above cited time will be considered a late bid and are not acceptable. 

Interested parties may obtain a complete description of the Microsoft Licenses from the LRCOG anytime between Monday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Fridays, 8:30 am until 1:00 pm, except holidays. Any contract resulting from a proposals received shall be awarded to the person or entity that submits the best overall proposal as determined by the LRCOG. The factors to be considered in awarding the contract including the following:

1.        Proposal cost;

2.       Overall impression of the proposal;

3.       Durability and Warranty;

4.       Relevant Experience and past performance;

5.       Qualification as a Minority or Women‐Owned Business.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the LRCOG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
