Lumber River Workforce Development Board is soliciting proposals

The Lumber River Workforce Development Board is soliciting proposals for the following programs to be funded with Title I (B) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 for Bladen, Hoke, Richmond, Robeson and Scotland counties:

1. NCWorks Career Center Operations

2. Adult and Dislocated Worker Program Services

3. Youth Program Services
