WIOA Youth Services Request for Proposal

The Lumber River Workforce Development Board (LRWDB) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive proposals for the operation of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Services as follows: Richmond County - In School and Out of School Youth Programs and Scotland County - Out of School Youth Program.

Operation Period

(March 3, 2025 – June 30, 2026)
