The Lumber River Council of Governments is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms and/or individuals to provide a comprehensive regional Lumber River “Resilient Routes”: Flood-Resilient Roadway Accessibility for Secondary Roads for the counties and municipalities located in the Lumber River region.


Proposals are due electronically by Wednesday, March 29, 2023 by 12:00 p.m. (EDT). The COG shall provide a receipt email. Proposals should be emailed to ns@lrcog.org.
