A public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 9:30 am at Lumber River Council of Governments 30 CJ Walker Road Pembroke, NC 28372. A copy of the plan is available at the Lumber River Council of Governments and on the website (www.lumberriverrcog.org) for public viewing.
