Request for Proposals (RFP)- Website Design
The Lumber River Council of Governments is soliciting proposals for a website redesign of its website www.lumberrivercog.org. Qualified consultants are invited to submit proposals.
Proposal packages will be released on December 16, 2020 at 9:00 am at www.lumberrivercog.org. Questions or requests for RFP packages to be emailed should be directed to Erica Brayboy (910) 618-5533 or elb@lrcog.org. Questions must be submitted in accordance with proposal package instructions no later 4:00 pm on January 4, 2021. Proposal submission deadline and opening of bids will be January 15, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lumber River Council of Governments.
Final approval decisions will be made by the Lumber River Council of Governments Board of Directors, which reserves the right to consider the most advantageous offers and reject any and all offers. Written notification of proposal selection will be provided to each entity submitting a RFP.
